PROGRAMMER / WEB DESIGNER
Job Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to jump right in and work on new and existing projects. Initial responsibilities will be working with AS3, formatting website layouts in Dreamweaver with PHP and CSS, and working with Flash and ActionScript to integrate video into web projects. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are a huge plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
- Software applications - proficiency in the following: Must know AS3, PHP, CSS, HTML, and Dreamweaver.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects and Final Cut a plus.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / WEB DEVELOPER
Job Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to jump right in and work on new and existing projects. Initial responsibilities will be graphic design for all creative projects such as website layouts, marketing materials, and any other projects that require graphic design. The candidate must possess a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are a huge plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree; talent supersedes degree.
- Software applications - proficiency in the following: Must know CS3, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver.
- Working knowledge of PHP, CSS, HTML, Flash and ActionScript a plus.
- Knowledge of After Affects and Final Cut a plus

SALES ASSOCIATE
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals who will be responsible for generating new customer accounts, driving company revenue, and managing customer accounts. Ideal candidates will be proactive, professional, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Manage full sales cycle for Company’s services and products, including prospecting, cold-calling, and new business development.
- Provide primary contact and client management for assigned clients
- Understand client’s business needs and proactively looks for ways to add value and improve client perceptions of Company’s products
- Cultivate relationships with decision makers at client organizations and identifies and facilitates opportunities for additional revenue generation
- Keep updated on all Company product offerings and attends training as needed
- Occasional travel required for trade booth exhibits
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associate Degree, experience supercedes education
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales objectives
- Strong focus on customer service, with proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, with excellent prospecting, “solution selling,” and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under demanding deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
